IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONDITIONAL USE HEARING ON SEPTEMBER 23, 7:30 PM
There will be a series of public hearings on the Conditional Use Application for the creation of the Spa/Golf Course/Hotel Resort proposed by developer Albert Greenfield III. The first hearing will take place on Tuesday Sept. 23, 2008 at 7:30pm, Wallace Township Building, 1250 Creek Rd., Glenmoore 19343. It is critical to attend this first hearing if you would like to speak or 'present testimony' on this issue because you will need to register in order to do so. The meetings are open to anyone who wants to learn the scope of this project. The plans for development will be presented. The impacts need to be exposed. Please come, and be sure to ask what the benefits are to you, your family and your community. Don't let other people and outside investors plan your community for you! Join with families, friends, and neighbors that share your values and care about you!

A helpful community member offers the following information:
At the first hearing, on 9/23, people interested in signing up for "interested party" status will be allowed to do so. The schedule for subsequent hearings will also be provided. Then, Mr Greenfield and his consultants will present the general sketch plan of the development. (A preliminary map is hanging in township building. Folks are encouraged to study it before the CU). No cross-examination of Mr Greefield et al will be permitted during their presentations. However, there will be time for public comment at the end of each presentation. All of Mr Greenfield's presentations will be made in consecutive sessions thereafter. Once Mr Greenfield et al have completed their presentation of the application, interested parties will have subsequent sessions to cross-examine Mr Greenfield's experts.
Mr. Greenfield will have copies of all of his exhibits available at the first hearing on 9/23.
As of last night, the Traffic Impact Presentation is currently, tentatively, scheduled for 10/7.
